Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms govern your use of MARKA. By creating an account or connecting a service, you agree to these terms.

Supplier details

MARKA is supplied by MARKA Media (Pty) Ltd, a South African private company with registration number 2026/678793/07. Its physical business address and address for legal service is 1 Westlake Avenue, Westlake, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7495, South Africa. Contact hello@mymarka.co.za or 083 453 3890.

Using MARKA

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use MARKA only for lawful business purposes. You remain responsible for reviewing content, marketing campaigns, audiences, budgets and destinations before approving or publishing them.

Connected services

Features that connect to Meta or other providers also depend on those providers' terms, permissions and availability. You authorise MARKA to perform only the actions you explicitly approve. You are responsible for maintaining the necessary provider accounts and permissions.

Content and permissions

You retain ownership of information and content you provide. You grant MARKA the limited permission needed to store, process, adapt and transmit that content to deliver the service. You confirm that you have the rights required to use submitted content, brands and media.

Plans, changes and availability

Your free Pro trial

Eligible new accounts can try MARKA Pro for seven days with no card required and no automatic charge. One campaign, up to six content items with visuals, two visual revision rounds per post and five email test sends are included. Trial allowances do not reset at month-end. Growth has no free trial. Ads require paid Growth. Generation and publishing pause at expiry while your work stays saved. Subscribe at any time to begin a paid membership immediately after verified payment.

Paid plans are also governed by the Subscription Agreement and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which explain pricing, recurring billing, renewals, cancellation, refunds and plan allowances. Features and plan limits may change as MARKA develops. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse. We will communicate material changes appropriately.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by South African law. Please contact MARKA first so we can investigate and try to resolve a complaint. Nothing prevents a customer from using a court, regulator, consumer body or alternative dispute process available under applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

MARKA assists with marketing work but does not guarantee marketing campaign approval, publication, reach, leads, revenue or other results. To the extent permitted by law, MARKA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or third-party platforms.

Ending use

You may stop using MARKA and disconnect connected services at any time. Data deletion requests are handled under our Data Deletion instructions.
