You can request deletion of information associated with your MARKA account and connected Meta services.
Submit a request
- Email kim@dirtyheart.co.za with the subject “MARKA data deletion request”.
- Send the request from the email address associated with your MARKA account.
- Include the business or practice name connected to the account. Do not email passwords or access tokens.
We will acknowledge the request, verify that it is authorised and delete or anonymise eligible account data within 30 days. Information required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution may be retained only as long as necessary.
Disconnect Meta immediately
You can remove MARKA from Facebook under Settings and privacy → Settings → Business Integrations. Removing the integration stops future access but may not automatically delete information already stored by MARKA, so submit the deletion request above as well.
What deletion covers
Deletion may include stored Meta connection credentials, provider account metadata, business profile information, campaign drafts and related MARKA records associated with the verified account.
